Late check-out (up to 2 hours) is available for KRW 10,000 per hour, subject to arrangement and availability.
- Additional Guests: KRW 30,000 per evening.
- Supplemental Bedding: KRW 30,000 per set.

Your Private Sanctuary Guidelines
- No cooking inside units. Cooking equipment is prohibited for safety reasons.
- No smoking indoors. A cleaning fee of KRW 100,000 will be applied for violations.
- Please do not throw anything from balconies for the safety of others and the environment.
- Secure your valuables. We recommend utilizing the safety deposit box at the front desk.
- Middle sliding doors are available in select room types to enhance your privacy and comfort.

- Please utilize designated recycling bins for waste disposal to support our environmental efforts.
- For the safety of all guests, please refrain from throwing any objects from balconies or windows.
- We kindly request that all guests observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
- Respectful conduct towards fellow guests and resort staff is expected at all times.
- Pets are welcome only in designated pet-friendly rooms. Please ensure your pet is always on a leash in public areas.
Graceful Departures
- Before checking out, please ensure all lights and appliances are turned off.
- Kindly return your keycards to the Front Desk upon departure.
- Please ensure your room adheres to our no-smoking and pet policies to avoid additional charges.
Transportation
Getting to and from BELLEFORET Resort is convenient:
- From Incheon International Airport (ICN): Approximately 2.5 hours by car. Limousine bus services are also available to nearby major cities.
- From Seoul Station: Approximately 1.5 hours by KTX train to a nearby station, followed by a short taxi ride or resort shuttle.
- Parking: Complimentary self-parking is available for all guests. Valet service can be arranged upon request.

Emergency Information
Your safety and well-being are our top priority:
- Emergency Contact: For any immediate assistance, please dial '0' for the Front Desk or '911' for direct security.
- Fire Safety: Familiarize yourself with the evacuation plan posted on the back of your room door. In case of fire, use the stairs; do not use elevators.
- First Aid: First aid kits are available at the Front Desk and throughout the resort facilities. For medical emergencies, our staff will assist in contacting local medical services.
